Engineering fees will vary depending on the size and complexity of a building project. For each unique client, we prepare a written letter agreement for each project which outlines the scope of services to be performed, along with a specified fee. The fee structure may be as follows:
- A fixed fee for projects with a clear scope of work.
- A fee based on time and materials for complex or unusual projects.
Generally, we require 50% of the project fee once the letter agreement is approved and 50% is due upon engineering completion.
